Challenge:
This project was constructed under several sections of high tension power lines adjacent to an SCE substation.  Special care was taken to allow for safe crane operation during the tilt up phase of construction.

Notable Fact:
This project was the first phase of 3 constructed by PCG for Burke Real Estate Group which included several R & D/Industrial buildings totalling approximately 480,000 S.F.
