Challenge:
A portion of the project was constructed over an “old” high pressure 36” San Diego County water line that was in poor condition.  Approximately 300 l.f. of this line had to be fully encased in concrete in 25 ft. segments without damaging the concrete pipe or taking it out of active service.

Notable Fact:
This project was the 2nd phase of a 42 building industrial park constructed for Burke Real Estate Group in Vista, California.
