Challenge:
This was a two phase, three building commercial office project where the first phase consisted of 2-two story buildings and the second phase a 3-story office building.
Notable Fact:
Phase II was constructed with a minimal amount of staging area and very limited casting area for the three story, 42-foot high exterior tilt up concrete wall panels.
