Challenge:
This building was constructed in the midst of an existing large scale Retail Center with several Big Box retailers, a theatre and multiple restaurants.  The project presented a significant coordination challenge to minimize disruption to the surrounding businesses.

Notable Fact:
This project combined a unique combination of 1st floor Retail and Restaurant uses with 2nd floor corporate offices.
