Challenge: PCG proposed to work with this developer on his first "major" retail project on an “open book” negotiated contract basis. There had been a level of trust established between the developer and PCG from a previous working relationship and PCG was awarded the site, shell, and tenant improvement work.
Notable Fact: PCG saved the developer over $400,000 in construction costs on this project. This was accomplished through tight sub-contractor bidding and strict adherence to the construction schedule.
