Challenge:
PCG was instrumental in making this project a reality. The developer purchased the site in conjunction with a much larger retail land acquisition. He originally did not have an interest in this portion of the property or in the development of a self storage project, but was required to make the land purchase to consummate the deal for the larger retail parcel. PCG's self storage experience and expertise gave its client the comfort to proceed with what became a successful self storage development.   

Notable Fact:
PCG was able to assist the developer with the project pro forma and took a lead role with the assembling of the various development consultants. The architect, self storage consultant, construction lender, and property manager were hired based on the recommendation of PCG.
