Challenge:
Plummer’s was a "build to suit" client for the developer of the Murrieta Home Center who purchased the pad and designed their own building. PCG needed to develop a new relationship with them as they were not required to contract with us as the master site contractor. We were successful in negotiating an “open book” construction contract for the project.

Notable Fact:
Our successful efforts in the completion of the Plummer’s "shell" building resulted in an additional PCG contract for the completion of their interior improvements.
